Guided Mindfulness Recordings

These guided recordings will support your home practice in building your “meditation muscules” with daily practice with your mindfulness course enrollment. Follow each class’s progression and suggestions for home practices. The first group of recordings below is the sequence of practices for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Practices (MBSR) working toward 45 minute daily practice. The second half of the recordings are the sequence of practices for the Mind-Body Medicine program practices and activities.
