      • Mind/Body Skills Groups — Center for Mind Body Medicine.
      • MBSR for Teens — Stressed Teens Certification Program.
      • Mindfulness in the Workplace — Certification Scott completed.
    • Faculty at Mindful Kids Miami™, instructing teachers, school faculty, professionals, and grad students on stress reduction and bringing mindfulness into their lives.
    • Began their formal mindfulness and meditation journey in 2007, and have participated in mindfulness​ training programs in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, New York, California, and Nepal.​

  • Carolyn is a retired educator and previously was a District Team Lead for Social Emotional Learning (Life Skills) and Mindfulness at Broward County Public Schools. She has facilitated mindfulness in classrooms and conferences, and coaches individuals.

  • Scott spent 30+ years in corporate America, and resigned during an 8-week MBSR program. He now facilitates mindfulness programs, serves on non-profit boards, and is a business consultant.

  • Carolyn and Scott are founding partners of Insight Institute LLC, committed to bringing more kindness, curiosity & compassion to the world.
